Box Heart Gallery is Expanding!
boxheart_gallery
In celebration of over a decade of successful growth, Box Heart Gallery is expanding its presence at 4523 Liberty Avenue. Reflecting a commitment to location and the promise of this historic Pittsburgh neighborhood, our decision to buy the 4523 Liberty Avenue building broadens opportunities after years of spatial limitations.

For the rest of 2011 and all of 2012 and 2013, new life will be breathed into the Bloomfield building, introducing gallery space better suited for exhibiting contemporary art. The building’s second and third floors will begin a transformation enabling additional artistic support spaces to exist for the first time in a permanent location. Our vision is to turn the 4523 Liberty Avenue building into a three floor art complex that features;

- Box Heart’s contemporary retail space and professional custom framing services, on the first floor. With over 250 exhibitions successfully presented, Box Heart will continue hosting monthly exhibitions for our diverse group of represented artists. We will also expand selection of custom framing mouldings offering more solutions and choices for your project.

- Proud of the relationships built with talented regional, national, and international artists, the second floor will come to feature a wide variety of contemporary art and fine craft by our artists, displayed in a living/working environment that the design community can choose from for specific corporate or residential presentations.

- The third floor will be the location of Hogan Studios, The Kreative Asylum, and HeartBox Productions’, art, photography, and workshop facility.

Stay tuned, the best is yet to come.
